Okay, so now that you know how to build a Minimum Viable Community, what do you do next 🤔

Here are some ideas:

1. Adopt a “give first” mentality as follows:

   1. Share knowledge that your community can benefit from

   2. Help members succeed in their career and personal lives - share job opportunities, etc.

   3. Highlight and celebrate their achievements 🎉

2. Learn about their problems and get feedback on how you can improve their experience
   

3. Reward top members and contributors
   

4. Create events and bring the experience to the offline world
   

5. Ask the community for ideas
   

6. And finally…get feedback for your product / service
